Untamed Kitchen

Untamed Kitchen is a family-run fusion truck that launched in 2015, serving a wide-ranging menu across Southwest Florida from Brooksville to Port Charlotte. The truck's signature items include pineapple boats filled with sweet-and-sour chicken or shrimp, loaded Mac n Cheese Fries, a cheesesteak with house-made white American cheese sauce, and Louisiana Crab Boil Fries with crawfish, shrimp, and andouille.
