Tamiami Tacos was created by Chef Robert Wasley, winner of Anna Maria Island Chef of the Year 2016, who applies culinary technique to a creative taco menu featuring the Philly Taco, Americana Taco, made-to-order nachos with fresh chips, and fresh guacamole alongside classic and fish taco options. The truck also operates a second catering vehicle, the Taco Cat, for private events.
