Simply Greek by Wynnberry serves a full Greek and Mediterranean menu from their Sarasota truck, with gyros, dolmades, spinach pie, Greek lasagna, and baklava alongside Greek fries topped with feta and house-made tzatziki. The truck is run by chef Diana Wynnberry, who trained in international cuisine and previously operated her own restaurant in Dubai before returning to her Greek culinary roots.
