Sasha's Cuban Cafe brings Miami Cuban street food to Sarasota and Venice, with Cuban sandwiches, pernil (slow-roasted pork), empanadas, and the Cuba Libre Bowl, a layered bowl of steak, sweet plantains, rice, beans, and fried cheese, made without frozen or canned ingredients. Founded by Sasha Lindenmuth, a Cuban-American raised in Miami, the truck rebranded from a dessert focus to a full Cuban cafe menu in 2022 and parks every Saturday at the Venice Farmers' Market.
