Rodney's Jamaican Grill is operated by Rodney Williams, who grew up in Montego Bay learning to cook from his grandmother before launching his food truck in 2022. The Bradenton truck serves slow-simmered oxtail, jerk chicken, curry goat, and Montego Bay snapper alongside rice and beans, plantains, and callaloo spinach, with the Mama G's Sampler, combining oxtail, jerk chicken, and curry goat with two sides, available for the full spread.
