Outside the Lunchbox

Outside the Lunchbox is a collaboration between Chef Colin Knox, who spent 20 years as Executive Chef at Riverwood Golf Club, and BBQ pitmaster Dave Cabott, who brings three decades of smoking experience to the truck. The two serve slow-smoked pulled chicken, pork, and beef in signature sandwiches across South Sarasota County and into DeSoto and Charlotte County, with a strong emphasis on custom catering menus.
