Empanada Girl serves Argentine-style empanadas baked fresh with scratch dough, never fried, in a range of savory and gluten-free flavors, all made without preservatives. Founded by chef Stef, the truck grew into a full Sarasota cafe and specialty food shop featuring fresh pasta, espresso drinks, and Argentine pantry staples, with the food truck still available for private event bookings.
