About The Waffle Bus
The Waffle Bus started as a Houston food truck and has grown to four locations, the Heights, Montrose, Cypress TX, and Derby KS, serving Sweet and Savory Waffle Sandwiches, Smashburgers, and Wings. Named Houston's Favorite Food Truck by My Table Magazine's 2014 Culinary Awards, the truck has also won the 2023 Culturemap Tastemaker Burger Throwdown and the 2023/2024 Culturemap Best Tailgate Dish, and has been featured on the Food Network, Cooking Channel, and CNN.
